What this site collects

The public pages of charliecubillas.com are static and do not ask you for personal information. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics profiles being built about you. Standard, privacy-respecting server and security logs (such as IP address and request time) may be kept briefly by the hosting and security provider to keep the site available and protect it from abuse.

If you contact me

If you email me, I receive the information you choose to send (your name, email address, and message) and use it only to reply and, if relevant, to work together. I don't sell or share it.

Client portal

The client login area (app.charliecubillas.com) is a private, invitation-only tool. It is protected by its own authentication and is not part of the public website. Access and use are governed by the arrangement made directly with each client.

Cookies

The public site does not set marketing cookies. The hosting and security provider may use strictly necessary cookies to operate and secure the site.
